You will need:

•    1 sweet pumpkin
•    An unbaked pastry shell
•    2 eggs
•    2 1 / 2 pumpkin pie spice
•    1 cup brown sugar
•    1 tbsp all-purpose flour
•    1 / 2 tsp salt
•    1 can evaporated milk

Directions:

•    De-seed the pumpkin.
•    Bake it till soft and blend it in small portions.
•    Slightly beat eggs in a large bowl. Add brown sugar, flour, salt, 2 cups of the pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and evaporated milk.
