JumpStart.com Launches MarineLand, New Learning World for 5-9 Year Olds; Continues Virtual World Evolution
Kicks off Halloween Season with Haunted House and Seasonal Fun
TORRANCE, CA. - October 02, 2009 – Knowledge Adventure®, the leader in adventure-based learning games for 3-to-10 year olds, today announced the launch of MarineLand, the latest world added to the JumpStart® 3D Virtual World at JumpStart.com. MarineLand—a new undersea area filled with 5 new worlds for kids to explore and discover—is geared to 5 to 9 year olds. Kids can learn, play, share their experiences and interact with other kids in a safe, fun environment, complete with buddy lists, Petz, and endless learning adventures. The new MarineLand world joins the other JumpStart virtual worlds—StoryLand (3-5 year olds) and AdventureLand (5-8 year olds)—to make JumpStart.com the most stimulating and fun learning world online today.

Coming attractions to JumpStart.com include FutureLand—a new world with time-traveling destinations designed for 8 to 12 year olds. FutureLand includes a Secret Society where Dr. Brain recruits Jumpeez to join a team of time travelers—and where kids can immerse themselves in 50+ lessons to train the brain and earn coins. Also coming soon is Neighborhood, a new area where kids’ Jumpeez can customize their very own house and neighborhood, meet up with friends, and visit other JumpStart characters.
