 While trying to play Animal Field Trip the game keeps trying to find:

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Knowledge Adventure\Jumpstart Animal Adventures\Ani.saveart.cst

every time you click on various animals and objects in the game world. Eventually the game returns to the desktop after indicating another user is already viewing a particular file.

I'm able to browse to the file location in WinXP and verify that it exists, but for some reason the game cannot find it. The game was installed to the default directory and available to all users.

Running WinXP w/ SP3
Game version  1.2.1c

 We are having the same issue. From an earlier message it indicated that they needed to send out a new CD. I hope someone contacts me soon since my son doesn't understand why I can't magically make this work.

 We have had the same issue and no response from customer service after emails and phone calls. this reflects very badly on this company

 I have the same issue. It's kind of sad that so many people are all having the same problem and customer service is not very helpful. I will probably not buy my daughter any more of these games.
