 All missions are done.. super gem finished...we even made sure we did ALL the learning games for that unit and still wouldnt open. Whats going on?

 Please click on the communicator and let me know what it says. The communicator is the question mark on the bottom right side of the screen.

 I have the same problem... any idea??? The communicator is blank When we restart the game it says - at jumpstart world we ahve to do some adjustment - and asks us to close the game again
