Which payment methods do you accept?

  • JumpStart accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or check cards, so long as they are connected with one of the major credit card companies listed above. You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.

Is there a family or group rate?

  • Yes! JumpStart membership is for your whole family and everyone can play for the same price.

What is your refund policy?

  • JumpStart memberships are non-refundable.

How do I cancel my membership?

  • To cancel your membership, please send an email to support@adventure.com and make sure to include the email address the account is under. Or you can call us Monday through Friday, 7:00 am-4:00 pm PST, 800.545.7677 or 310.533.3402 If you leave a message, please speak slowly and spell your email address so we can find your account.

How soon will the cancellation take effect?

  • Your cancellation will take effect immediately and you will not be charged any additional membership fees.

How do I change my method of payment?

  • Login to JumpStart.com and access Manage Account. Select Billing Info and enter your desired method of payment and click Update Info.

How do I change my membership from monthly to a yearly membership?

  • To change your membership, simply cancel your recurring monthly membership and purchase the new membership package of your choice.

Will my membership automatically renew?

  • Monthly recurring memberships automatically renew. Yearly memberships do not automatically renew.

My membership has expired. How do I renew my membership?

  • Login to JumpStart.com and click the Membership link in the top navigation and purchase the membership package of your choice.

What are the system requirements to play in the virtual world at JumpStart.com?

  • For both PC and Mac, the game requires:
    • 1.5Mbps broadband connection
    • 1GB system memory
    • 64MB video memory
    • At least 40MB of browser cache available
    • In addition, on a Mac, the game requires OS X 10.3.9 or newer
  • For PC only. Windows® System Requirements:
    • Windows® XP, Windows Vista™
    • Pentium® III (or equivalent) 1 GHz or faster
    • 3D video card with 32 MB dedicated memory w/DirectX® 9.0c-compatible driver

Is MMO Safe?

  • YES, your child will NOT be able to openly communicate with other children. Jumpstart has chosen a preselected list of words, animations, and emoticons helping ensure their safety. Kids are not allowed to type and chat openly with other kids.

CanI turn this feature (MMO) on and off?

  • YES, in the ‘manage account’ section of jumpstart.com there is an ‘online game preferences’ link that allows you to enable or disable MMO on a per child basis.

Can I turn off the display name above my Jumpeez head? Can I turn off the name for other Jumpeez heads?

  • YES, click on the yellow ‘options’ button located in the bottom left head corner in the game. At the bottom there is a ‘Display Names’ section which allows you to enable or disable the names above the Jumpeez heads for your Jumpee or all other Jumpeez in the game.
