 I am military currently serving overseas.  I'm trying to upgrade to a membership but there is no option for FPO/APO addresses when you put the credit card billing information.  Is there another way for me to pay so I can get a membership?

 I think you should talk to the people who run this site or go to the help page. If that helps at all.
