 After clicking on the app, the screen says "Updating" but it never launches. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but no success.

 We have been having the same problem--- Where the updating screen goes for a while then an error kills the game No Updated No game of any kind

 You might want to uninstall (delete) the unity engine first. Go to your control panel and add/remove programs and towards the bottom remove the unity engine, make sure to clear your history files and then restart the game. Unity should update. This is for the online game only. If you are playing the actual Legend game from CD or had it installed, check your firewall settings to make sure your virus or firewall settings didn't update and isn't allowing the companies servers to talk to the game. Hope that helps some. I know the settings are under the customer care help page.
