Jump Start Virtual World Preschool and Kindergarten

 My son has completed all the tasks for the first world, and all it's telling him is in order to continue he needs to have a parent go to jumpstart.com which I have obviously done, I've looked all over the site, yet I cannot find anything about allowing him access to the other worlds in the game. What have I missed?

 I'm having the exact same problem. I see 36 people have viewed this post, does anyone have any ideas??

These are subscription titles.  You need to subscribe to open lands 2-5 and the ability to play the other Virtual world titles

and the online game here.
