Hi, a few things can cause that. Did you subscribe?  If so, you needed to choose the $7.99 a month or the $74.99 yearly plan. If you did do that, is it  possible you used a different email address to install the game, and then used something else to subscribe? If you did do that, the game can't recognize you.  The best thing to do is send me the email address you used to create the account to mike.bowman@adventure.com and I can check for you . Please don't post your email address here.

Mike

We are having the same problem as tulasi, our son just finished unit 2 & wants to begin unit 3, I think our problem is with the email address. I will send you an email with our info, to see if you can help.

Thanks!

I have the same problem as Tulasi and HoldFast for my son.

I've subscribed the $7.99 a month with an email of mine and used the same email to do games. My son starts being frustrated and so do I.....

Please advice us what really needs to be done.

My daughter also can't advance to the next unit because a message comes up saying I need to sign her up as a member. I bought this game from Best Buy, doesn't this game let her play all 12 units, without becoming a monthly or yearly member also?  I registered online?

We purchased the Jumstart 2nd Grade "Premium" edition from Amazon.com for $30 and in order to play the game past the second level I am required to pay $8 a month? Correct me if I'm wrong, but that seems a bit off to me. Especially because my child would VERY much like to conquer level 3 now. Your company really should have a disclaimer.

Email me your account info and I will give you a free month.  I have offered this too many times to count on this message board.  We list the membership requirements on the box. We have new boxes coming out that even does a better job of this.  The premium game gives you a music CD to play in your music player, an interactive DVD to play in the home DVD player, a sticker book with stickers, and a help guide for parents.  That is what makes it a premium box.

As always, if my offer for a free month doesn't make you happy, send it back for a full, no questions asked refund.  We want everyone to be happy.
