Hi can any1 help me w/ this... when I download a program, it asks for my email and password but when I enter it, it won't open the program...
You need to send this to support@adventure.com with the email address you are using to install the program. Normally this is what I would send once I can verify your account, hope it helps but if not, please email me.
First make sure you are in admin mode. Then close all open programs and windows. When you install you will want to use the left side of the screen as a returning customer with this email and the password (your password here)Once the game retrieves your account, make sure all fields are filled in, and hit create account. When you get to the offer page, just hit the – and minimize the page. The installer should be running in the background. If you do not see it, hold down your ALT key and hit TAB to cycle through the open programs. At times this can be a bit slow if there are many customer’s trying to register. Please just be patient.
Do not hit the no thanks button, just minimize the page.
Links to Download the different grades. Make sure to use the same account info as your original install so the games can find your account.

These are the new names of the games so you do not get confused.
They are the same game.
Jumpstart world Preschool = Jumpstart 3D virtual world ages 3-5 My first adventure
JumpStart World Kindergarten= JumpStart 3D Virtual World Ages 4-6, Legend of Grizzly McGuffin
JumpStart World 1st Grade= JumpStart 3D Virtual World Ages 5-7, Trouble in Town
JumpStart World 2nd grade= JumpStart 3D Virtual World Ages 6-8, Quest for the Color Meister
Also note that the records for these games are on the C drive so if you are reinstalling, you will be starting from unit one.
Also, if you are getting an error about something called d3dx error, that is direct X and you need to reinstall or install direct x for your system.
