The online game is stuck on loading
screens or seems to "freeze" at certain points in the game. What should I do?

There are two things that you should do before anything else:
1. Re-install the Unity Web Player
Re-install the unity web player(plugin) by clicking
on the following link Unity Install
2. Clear your web browser cache.
- If you use Internet Explorer(IE), go to Tools -> Delete Browsing History ->
click on Temporary Internet Files -> Delete
- If you use FireFox, go to Tools -> Clear Private Data -> click Cache ->

so long as they are connected with one of the major credit card companies listed

play in the virtual world at JumpStart.com?

For both PC and Mac, the game requires:
- 1.5Mbps broadband connection
- 1GB system memory
- 64MB video memory
- 1 GB available on hard drive
- At least 40MB of browser cache available
- In addition, on a Mac, the game requires OS X 10.3.9 or newer

Is MMO Safe?

YES, your child will NOT be able to openly communicate with other children. Jumpstart
has chosen a preselected list of words, animations, and emoticons helping ensure
their safety. Kids are not allowed to type and chat openly with other kids.
CanI turn this feature (MMO) on and off?
Can I turn off the display name
above my Jumpeez head? Can I turn off the name for other Jumpeez heads?
