I have owned JS 1st grade for a while now. We haven't played for a while, so I just payed the $7.99.
Now the program opens (to the right spot, our info is there), but when we try to access the learning games it crashes.
I have a Dell with Vista. Are there any new patches I need?

Hi, I need you to email me directly as I have a help tip I can send you but it won't post here.

I believe my daughter is having the same problem with JS World 1st Grade. Should I email you directly as well?
Yes, anyone can email me direct.
mike.bowman@adventure.com or support@adventure.com
It would be helpful to just post the solution. My daughters were LOVING these Jumpstart programs until one of them "3D Ages 6-

started crashing every time they tried to enter the "learning games" section. We've tried all of the various suggested solutions, to no avail. Now I'm thinking of just deleting all of our Jumpstart programs and either A.) discontinuing our membership altogether, or B.) reinstall the ones they want to play and hope for the best. The latter "solution" will take time redownloading, reinstalling etc... with a chance it won't work, and, to boot, not having any of the records they built up over time. Needless to say, we are sad that our Jumpstart experience went from
GREAT to
BAD literally in a moment's notice, and a solution has yet to be met.
If I had an easy solution, I would post it but this could be many things. Did you happen to install both Jumpstart Preschool world and My first adventure. If you do, it will corrupt and neither will play. Could something have overwritten the quicktime files we need? Could be a firewall issue that updated, or virus software that updated. Could be corrupted records that we need to rebuild or it could be that one of the downloads only partially loaded. This is why it is best to email support@adventure.com I have tools I can send to see, and links to try. There is never one solution that works for everyone as I don't know the specifics of this individual issue.
